But the JMRI problem is happening america and so all we can do is :
* Send them money and messages of support.
* Use it to demonstrate that patents *are* destructive, and both
incompatible and harmful to open source software.
* Try and make sure we don't get that kind of litigation over here,
and fortunately it seems like the tide has turned in the UK Courts and
UKPO wrt software patents, despite intense lobbying by people like
SAP, Phillips and Microsoft towards the EP, EC and new-tory cabinet.

Looks like between us, we're all doing some of that.
