Forgot to add the following this morning:

On this problem you are having with Eclipse, are you speaking to the old
head office in Exeter or to Kingston Communications (www.kcom.com) who
now own them (wef 2004)

I also see from the papers that Kingston was going to be sold to a
private equity group but that this recently fell through on grounds of
"price and structure" ie they wanted too much.
