I went with Tesco broadband :-) Yes, it has a freebie speedtouch usb
modem, but it wasn't too much hassle to set up.

The reason I went with Tesco though was because there was no download
limit.  It was (then) £19/month (now £17) which was one of the cheaper
ones at the time too :-)
