Dump mode is a hardware setting, reached by holding the feed button down
as the power goes on.
It first prints out its various settings after identifying the label
stock, and then waits and according to the manual should print every
character that reaches it.

There is supposed to be a toggle between Page Mode whcih is its default,
and Line mode which looks a bit simpler to handle, which is a sequence
of holding and pressing the feed button as its light flashes on
startup... the toggle also ends up in dump mode until it is fed.
