Naive Grant - (hey I just moderated a post "troll" on slashdot for

RMS was keen to use the LGPL less, as a case in point the ImageMagick
licence is GPL compatible, not LGPL.

I guess it depends very much what they were purchasing the software for,
in most cases unless it is purchases specifically to sell the free
software based components in a shrinkwrap manner, the licence probably
matters very little as long as they can compile/modify/run the code.
