Hi all. I have recently discovered that I am missing the /dev/psaux device on my laptop. This doesn't usually affect me since I use a usb mouse most of the time, and that works fine. However, on the odd occasion that I do want to use the touchpad, it's not there. Now, I can re-make the device with "mknod /dev/psaux c 10 1", but I'd rather not have to bother. I know I can put it in one of the rc files, but this didn't used to happen... it's a recent development. Anyone any thoughts on what I have to do to make this a permanent thing? Cheers.
