Antipiracy protection? What sharpened edges to keep the pirates from

It's more likely that the pressing quality is going down hill now that
the bottom is falling out of the music market.

Music industry propaganda..... nothing that dramatic - the odd down year
when big parts of the world economy are in recession is to be expected
in industry.

I know a guy who bought a million containers (the kind that go on
container ships), about a month before the OECD predicted a global
economic down turn - now there was a man with genuine economic problems.

Fiddling with CD standards and copy protection are the usual culprits -
although compared to DVD format wars this is but fluff. Try emailing the
CD player vendor - if you've checked the website.....
