I personally prefer plain old nano/<insert favourite editor/> - (x)HTML is
very easy once you've picked it up and there is really not any need at all
for a 'html' editor.

<http://xml.crazygreek.co.uk/> is an XHTML 1.0 compliant and table-free
version of <http://www.crazygreek.co.uk>. Both of which were easily churned
out in nano very quickly (although making an XHTML replica of a site using
CSS can be a bitch!)

I find using somethign like dreamweaver or frontpage a lot slower than just
knocking the code out by hand. It's also horrible having to upload files
using FTP, and i'm sure none of the HTML editors support SCP or SFTP.

Mind you, i'm an XML/XSL bitch, these days. afaik no html editors really
support it at all, although i may well be wrong.
