Heh - at least hotmail seem to have stopped permanently
rejecting messages because they were too busy to receive them!

You can imagine if Royal Mail did that at Christmas, a little
note on the Postboxes saying "your postman is too busy
delivering Christmas cards to empty this box", with a big metal
plate to stop you posting the letters.... They could probably
deliver 100.0% of first class post within one working day with
that approach ;)

Of course if you view hotmail with a Microsoft browser you are
using the same appalling HTML rendering technology to set
yourself open to cross site scripting attacks and the like that
he should be getting rid of by dropping OE.
