tell the client that as long as they have MS office then they can never 
be safe - anti-virus software plays catch-up all the time - and you may 
be too late.  i have just written vbs scripts to disable office macro 
security and it was too easy.  MS have a fundemental inability to 
understand security - which is why they have so many problems (klex, 
nimda, et al)

get them to install openoffice - and provide them with better email 
software than outlook [express].
