Unfortunately, we are stuck with MS as the main OS as that is all that the 
main s/ware suppliers support.  MS Office is not (and may not be) in use as 
we use Lotus at the mo. Still need Outlook Express unfortunately.  Open 
Office is not an option because of file compatibility (good but still not 
perfect).

get them to install openoffice - and provide them with better email
software than outlook [express].
