I agree, but I have found that some apaches don't have:

 AddHandler cgi-script .sh

This is not an issue in a ScriptAlias/cgi-bin type arrangement, but
represents an annoying feature. I tend to stick to .cgi, irrespective
of the language, as that is normally default.

I'd rather write lisp. :)
