So, nearly 2023. Time for a rant. Two come to mind.
Browsers. Every one I have tried does this. Close the last or only tab
and it will just shut down the whole program. Why??? There are already
three ways to shut down the browser. I don't need yet another. And
anyway, when I close the last tab it just means that I have finished
with that particular item and now wish to move on to something else. It
does NOT mean that I have finished with the browser completely.
OK, so I can fix it via about:config, but that should not be necessary.
I do wonder sometimes if some of these developers really belong on
planet earth.
