Dear all, Dom Rodriguez asked on our IRC channel to have operator privileges in order to change the channel topic automatically with a program. As you may remember from May, when we decided to move the channel to Libera.Chat, Neil Stone set everything up. So that we can have a few more people to maintain the channel, I sent this email asking for official project registration on Libera.Chat.
