I am aware that Hr Prof Dr Knopper of "Knoppix distribution" originally
developer his disto for Adriane his wife when she lost her sight, and
the distro is usable with voice only controls. You load "knoppix
adriane" at boot screen to get Adraine version.

This runs on a Debian (much adjusted) base. I do not know if it could
be adapted to a tablet (beyond my competence).
PS Disclaimer: I have used Knoppix to get a Live English Language Linux
of many old and present PCs in foreign countries, since knoppix was on a
single floppy disk (Old soviet PCs).
English language needs command "knoppix lang=uk" at boot screen to
overwrite German main base language.
