OK, I can get that. The normal way for Skype, now it is in effect an MS
program adopted to work on Linux, is to start at log on. Because that is
how it works on Windows. Fine. But, if I remove the check from Skype in
Application Autostart that should show that I don't want it to, well,
auto start. So it should be left with the check mark off. This is Linux.
Unlike Windows users can and do alter settings. Their changes should be
left alone.
MS Integrated sub-programs are designed to start at computer log on.
Some folks want this.
And some folks don't. As I said previously MS don't seem to have any
idea about how different FOSS programs are from their closed source systems.
Anyway,Skype is no more on my computer,
Neil
