I've been thinking of putting a low power device on the network to run the webserver on and perhaps some storage.
The HP microserver had caught my eye...

I know, but you'll be surprised at what people chuck. ive got an nivida k2000d in the other box - works really well with the grid driver, providing accelerated 3d to two vms :)Â - cost me Â80. so no harm in asking

you know pcie auto downgrades as long as the card is pcie 1.1 or above.
