at a min each child is worth 2000GBP in basic subscription.... so who here planned 
to spend 8000 over 80 year for simply the right to login for a family of 4

yes and HP, intel are on board at the hardware level so its a done deal.

but at the end of the day, idiots in governments believe that control is how you 
achieve harmony... when in fact its peace is the result of absolute freedom and true 
respect for the freedoms of others. 

.. ps while trip to bsd land would be a joyride, Linux critical mass make it the 
best bet. but If solaris was actually affordable as an every day OS ... I've no 
issue with proprietary, I have an issue with blackmail and extortion.
