I've installed tagspaces and integrated it with opencloud via webdav. It seems very well to do what I need.

I've decided not to expose the server to the internet - the risk way outstrips the reward. 99% of the time i'd be at home when I need this kind of stuff.

Yep found it in php.ini - I thought I'd changed it but I guess I managed to fumble exiting nano. On a 2nd check noticed I'd only edited post_max_size instead of upload_max_filesize. Cheers!
