They do not to my understanding qualify Vista for a 'free upgrade' to
Windows 10 for personal use. Only win 7 or 8 or 8.1
Initial said vista win7, 8, 8.1 but in depth says only win 7.
If they did then I have a lot of pensioners here with Vista machines who
could do upgrade, and allow re 'desk-topping' display to keep as before.
