Hi Neil, Whilst I've not found any "compatibility" issues with Linux per se, there can be a difference between devices re: booting from them and / or speed, so if you're going to just store data on them, then no. If you're going to boot from them, then you might want to do a few speed tests and see if one of them is much faster than the others...
