Subject: [LUG] USB write permissions - best practice

While playing with my USB capture device I get
--------------------------
libusb couldn't open USB device /dev/bus/usb/002/008: Permission denied.
libusb requires write access to USB device nodes.
--------------------------
I'm just wondering what the recommended solution would be?
