apt uses the keyring in /etc/apt/trusted.gpg to verify the repositories.

Most often the error message actually means that either the contents has
changed since the last time 'apt-get update' was run or that there was
some problem contacting the repository.

Try running "apt-get update;apt-get --reinstall install iceweasel"
