I have no problem with it existing (if it didn't, something else would, and it's not very bannable in any case) and I'm against internet legislation of any kind.

There's also the deep web, accessible through Tor, which has some quite unpleasant stuff.

It's an entirely personal choice in not wanting to be tarred with the same brush.
