I'd probably stick to something more simple like tcl/tk or glade but you could also do an HTML form and a bit of javascript to generate the command line which you could cut and paste into dos. Or reroute into a php server page that launches it automatically though its a while since I did that and I'm fuzzy on the details (and security).
