There's also traceroute, called tracert.
The most obvious issue is that the options arn't the same as you'd
expect with Windows.

The latest versions of Windows ship with ICMP echo disabled. Requiring
the likes of "netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="ICMP Allow
incoming V4 echo request" protocol=icmpv4:8,any dir=in action=allow"
to enable it.

There's also tcptraceroute. It isn't just ICMP echo which can get
disabled/blocked either...
