Loved by many, hated by many - phpmyadmin
I find it very useful for testing and refining queries, and I know
it's widely used across the industry.
It has some stigma, some deserved, some not. Judging from my 404 logs
in apache, it's widely targetted by scripts, so I would never expose
it on an internet machine, but it is damned handy.
