As you are just after a binary firmware blob and not something arm specific for the pi using the debian package search tool will get you where you need to be from the official debian mirrors and land you on http://packages.debian.org/squeeze/all/firmware-ralink/download which gives links to the .deb files from the mirrors. Don't try this for non arch independent things as pulling in debs in this way could lead to much head banging and confusion later but for this particular .deb which is just binary blobs for the kernel firmware loader to use it should be safe enough.
