Even easier than manually editing grub, just install both hard drives,
use your BIOS menu to set the boot drive to the Xubuntu one as Grant
suggested and once you've booted into Linux, just run "sudo grub-update"
which will run os-prober, detect the win95 system and automatically
amend your grub entries for you. From then on, just choose whichever OS
you want from the grub menu as usual.

Do you have a good reason to be running win95 on bare metal still,
instead of inside a VM where it belongs?
