Actually I've just realised that weekend is my mum's big 60th birthday 
party on the Friday night so Saturday I've probably got to see a load of 
my family.  Maybe the best bet is to pick a weekend that the majority 
can come along to and have it then.  Even if some of us just come down 
for the day and not stay overnight.
