Re: [LUG] Photoshop on Linux?

Also I have just opened my Gimp and created an image with three text
layers seen from the Windows-DockableDialogues-Layers Menu.

Saving it as a textlayer.psd Ive put it on

Iam not a Gimp user to any standard but I think you can do layers of
text.

If this has flattened the image then it will also prove your point about
exporting Gimp to PS.

I've just forwarded this over to her for checking. I also have an example of what she is saying.
Her argument is that if text layers are created in Photoshop, when you open these in GIMP, the layers are rasterised and text areas aren't available to edit simply by clicking. Instead, one must create new text layers using GIMP - not exactly efficient for 'quick' edits.
