Just a thought, not that it helps you at all...... how do they install
Photoshop on a Mac? if its running a Linux kernel?

That's my argument with most Mac software - how hard would it be to recompile for Linux?

Can you Virtualise the Mac instead?

Not really thought about it - is it possible?
