He kept the poor guy on the phone for ten minutes or so of solid abuse before they gave up and ran for cover... Apparently they are pretty unpleasant on the phone, really harsh manner, etc. Sadly a lot of people apparently fall for it though: why the scamming companies haven't yet been blacklisted by the evil credit card companies is a bit of a mystery.
