SUN keyboards use to have one with "compose" written on, typically Window managers you "Alt GR" or "Windows Key" or "Menu key". So pressing "Compose" then "?" then "?" gives "Â" "Compose" then "!" then "!" gives "Â" (upside down exclamation).
