You can do this with standard port-forwarding, but not all domestic routers support this, or if you want to setup a "de-militarized zone" (DMZ) you can, and put your server in the DMZ's IP address range. You only need Dynamic DNS if you plan on having your system accessible from a domain name rather than just a public IP. If you've forwarded external port 81 to internal port 80, then http://86.134.90.221:81/ is the url to use. (When I try that, it seems to connect, but I get a blank page) Gordon
