Is anyone here interested in IPv6? I'm wondering about going to the

Out of interest, have you had any luck at all with IPv6 VoIP yet?

No - but I've not tried anything there yet.

I've just moved out the VoIP sector* but I did think that in some circumstances of the VoIP consultancy I worked for, deploying IPv6 only VoIP stuff would have solved many many headaches.

What that headache be a certian TLA with the letters T. A. N. in it?

Any idea what the situation is? :)

Asterisk 1.8 supports IPv6, but I've no idea what else does - Newer Snom phones claim to be IPv6 ready, but I've no experience of it. I suspect it'll be another year or 2 before we start to see deskside equipment IPv6 ready. It would surprise me if Cisco didn't support it though.

* I now work for a company that supplies IPv4/IPv6 dual stack as standard. :D

Any idea what the takeup of people on pure IPv6 is?
