I've heard worse from TS. One of my team told me once the customer he was talking to had a broken keyboard. After pointing out a broken keyboard had damn all to do with us as an ISP curiosity got the better of me, and I asked what the symptoms were.

tech:  Every time he types in his password he gets Xs.
me: *head -> desk*  You don't mean asterisks do you?
tech: *pause*  S**t sorry Ju I'm wasting your time aren't I?
me:  Only the last five minutes....
