Good luck with it James, are there any others here with the knowledge
and inclination to make similar efforts?  Perhaps if there's enough of
you, you could form a mini "pressure group" of sorts that could offer
more direct help to make the move.  And concentrate on one school at a
time, local government etc.

Just a thought really...
