And todays big headache is the barracuda RBL list. One of my servers has gotten itself listed by them (apparently it has a "poor" reputation) and they seem to be taking a long time to de-list it. Customers of mine are complaining that they can't send email to their colleagues who are using an ISP that subscribes to this barracuda system.
Of-course I sent them a 2nd email and they said "Ah, you've contacted us twice about this IP, we now won't auto-unlist it, but will give it manual attention"
Their web page then takes me onto a site which will "whitelist" that IP address - for a price.
