It's not a pop up, it's showing you the website of a local business that could do with your custom, you don't even need to do anything to get rid of the image. It's not like I've added popups for a casino. You object to trying to get people to visit great businesses in my locality? Why is this so different from me having taken a screen shot?, except you'll not know that our great local pub is doing a special evening. OK bandwidth - you're not using firefox with half a dozen pages open or the speed dial add on are you? What exactly can be the big problem with display part of a live web page when you mouseover the link to it?
