Rolling over a link and having something you expect to need to be clicked that loads other web pages is not generally accepted as good practice - you're surprising the user by taking control away from them and loading possibly unwanted content 'for them'. Its a bit like helping the old lady across the road and finding out she was waiting for a bus and its just gone... Let the user have control and offer assistance by all means but remember its their web browser and bandwidth. And its not too hard to click a link is it?
