I do know the hall quite well. The room that we will be using is off the
main part of the hall and is already set up for computer training. There
are about 20 stations set up (that is keyboard and monitor) so plenty of
chairs. I have suggested that we will not need to use the computers
there at all as we will be bringing our own laptops. There are plenty of
spare power sockets.

Also off the main hall there is a kitchen and also toilets. (There is a
bar area as well, but that will be closed.) It is very well appointed
really.

I had not thought about presentations, but the main hall has a drop down
screen and speakers, used for showing films once a fortnight. So any
presentations should not be a problem.

Thanks for your help

Neil
