By the looks of things at the moment they don't have any traffic 
monitoring on the 50MBit connection although I gather from what I have 
read that it will come in sooner or later.

I'm going to give it some thought anyway.  Some of the Enta resellers 
have announced new packages including an LLU one using Cable & Wireless 
LLU, sods law I can't get that on my exchange (it seems to be fairly 
limited in Devon & Cornwall for C&W LLU) and the speeds on Enta have 
seemed to get gradually slower for me off-peak (can't fault peak time, I 
can easily get about 650KB to 700KB/sec during the day!).
