Although I have migrated to Dorset (and its LUG) I have continued lurking on this list and the recent discussion about venues brought to mind the fantastic new library/community centre at Ivybridge; if I still stayed there I would have enquired about hosting a meeting there. It has meeting rooms of various sizes, lots of parking,  good WiFi (if you have a Devon library membership), and assorted pubs nearby for retreating to afterwards by those thus inclined. It's faily close to the A38.
