Latest on this one 

I have relented 
found a hard disk.  Also found an Xp disk with Lic.
(storke of luck a machine I put linux on instaed of XP)

 done a dual boot fedora / XP

I now have something else to "wine" about
And I am now ready for the big VAT change on monday!
