The board does not have grub - that is installed on your hard disk.
error 22 says that it cant find the linux partition that grub points to.
Have you taken this hard disk from another machine? Did it have another hard 
drive with linux on it?
I suggest you try a recovery CD and see if you can find the linux partition 
and set the grub accordingly - or do a fresh install which is probably the 
best idea as then it will be set up for multiple CPU's - assuming you have an 
ISO that is capable.
