There are differences.  Analogue aerials are/were available in
different bands(0) and could be either vertically or horizontally
polarised.  Digital aerials are all wideband, polarisation isn't
mentioned.

(0) Covering different frequency ranges, and would be selected
according to what channels the transmitter broadcast signals on.  There
were also wideband aerials.
