Last thing we want to do is leave it until the last minute (or last month before the event). Anyone got any ideas for possible venues? I'm thinking in Exeter, possibly the Exwick Community Centre (although there is an issue with lack of parking, but then again big centres with great parking would probably cost a shed load anyway). The Exwick Community Centre is near St David's station and AFAIK on a bus route. From what I can tell too it has a fairly decent size hall.
