[LUG] moodle problem

Hi

I am currently installing moodle to my home web server
I am on a screen that deals with paths, specifically to the moodledata
directory
i am trying to set the permissions correctly. however there is no
nobody or apache group or user, so setting chown to either fails.
i think once thats fixed, the chmod settings will work correctly, at
the moment its not doing very much and not letting me contimue
how do I create the user, nobody or group nobody, so i can add the
moodledirectory to that group, or whatever I need to do to fix it
thanks paul
