The latest version of Mepis for 64 bit is definitely a lot more polished and 
IMO better than the 32 bit.  And the install of VBox is definitely easier on 
the 64.

Also I now know that the PCLinuxOS is based on Mandriva and that the Control 
Center that I like is from there.  In fact, reading a review of Mandriva it 
looks quite interesting.  I have a spare partion here somewhere.........
